Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif announced to waive the bills of August and September while giving great relief to the flood victims.

According to the private TV “Express-News”, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif visited the flood-affected area of Balochistan, Sahabpur.

Announced to waive the electricity bills for August and September, while talking to the media, the Prime Minister said that the Sahabatpur area of Balochistan has been badly affected by the flood.

Where communication systems, houses, crops, and roads have been destroyed, helicopter aerial tours have been conducted, there is water everywhere while epidemics are also spreading.

  • The Prime Minister said that the federal government has allocated Rs 70 billion for the victims, and so far Rs 24 billion have been distributed among the victims.

The reason for the delay in the 100% distribution of money is due to the internet and other problems. The victims are suffering from stomach and other diseases due to drinking harmful water, Chairman NDMA has been instructed to collect mineral water from all over Pakistan and distribute it to the victims.

Bury politics today, hold the hands of suffering humanity, and relief announcements are not part of politics, we have to save the state, in the next phase we will make projects related to bridges, roads, flyovers, and rice and wheat crops.

The Prime Minister further said that August and September bills will not be charged in flood-affected areas, while in other areas, Fuel Charges Adjustment (FCA) will not be charged to the consumers who use 300 units on their electricity bills for September.
